I was Phone Banking Officer at Meezan Bank Limited in Alternate Distribution Channel Department however on daily basis I was answering customers queries regarding to Products information on calls. Resolve their issue on calls whenever it is not possible to issue their resolve on call then escalate their issues to the relevant department.
